ALL weddings require the rental of the ENTIRE resort for a three night minimum rental. This option is ONLY available from mid August thru early June. Total costs (including all taxes, use of the grounds, accommodations, event parking, etc.) would run $7000 to $7500 depending on the weekend. This rate also includes the use of the Waikato House. If your guests wish to stay longer than three nights, I will significantly discount the normal nightly rate to accommodate them!
There is a 50% deposit requirement, which is fully refundable if cancelled at least 90 DAYS prior to your arrival.
We provide the grounds and the accommodations and some staff to aid with parking and the event. ALL rental equipment such as tents, tables, chairs, DJs, caterers, etc. are NOT provided and are the responsibility of the guests. However, we do have relationships with vendors who are familiar with the grounds and who have done a good job for us in the past. Just ask us for a referral if you need it.
