This waterfront home features 1400 sq. ft. on the main floor and 1200 sq. ft. on the lower level with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and one fully equipped kitchen with two ovens and a dish washer! The lower level has a snack bar with a dorm sized refrigerator and microwave.
The unit sleeps 8-11 (depends on # of children, there are seven beds total) and is ideally suited for groups of 7 to 11. There are three queen size beds, one full bed, and three twin beds.
Bed arrangements:
Main master bedroom = 1 queen and 1 twin
Main second bedoom = 1 queen and 1 full
Lower level bedroom = 1 queen and 2 twins
The unit has a spectacular view of Lake Macatawa with the lakefront side of the house devoted primarily to picture windows to enhance the view!
Home comes completely furnished, color cable TV, VCR / DVD, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Outside includes a deck, patio furniture and gas grill. Lots of shade, also has a fire pit.
Firewood can be purchased online. It will either be stacked near the fire pit or you will find it stacked in various locations throughout the property. The Kiwi House firepit is located on the beach directly in front of the cottage, to the left of the east dock.
The units come equipped with an initial supply of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. Guests need to provide their own laundry detergent. Large personal bath towels are NOT provided, but can be provided for a one-time fee of $35.00. Daily maid service is NOT included.
