All units are supplied with bed linens, kitchen utensils, hand towels, dish soap / towels, cleaning supplies, picnic table, fire pit, and a TV/VCR/DVD.
Bath towels are an extra $35.00 per unit ($50.00 for retreat house) for a one-time initial supply (includes wash cloths).
No smoking. No pets.

Wedding cancellations are subject to a $250.00 service charge and require 120 day advance notice.
All deposits paid Via credit card that are cancelled 90 days or more after the reservation is made, are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. cancelling less than 90 days after the reservation is made and 60 days prior to your arrival date will result in a full refund.
