The Retreat House sleeps a maximum of 26 (depends on number of children), has 6 bedrooms on the second floor, plus an expansive third floor sleeping loft with two rooms encompassing 5 double beds and a bunk bed.

2nd Floor
Bed #1: 1 Double and 1 Bunk Bed
Bed #2: 1 Queen
Bed #3: 2 Twins
Bed #4: 2 Twins
Bed #5: 1 Double
Bed #6: 1 Double
3rd Floor:
Bed #7 (loft): 4 double beds
Bed #8: 1 Double Bed and 1 Bunk Bed (twin on top and bottom)
There are also 3.5 baths, two kitchens and a large enclosed porch which overlooks Lake Macatawa.
The house is located on the waterfront and includes several picnic tables, a large charcoal grill, horseshoes and a huge fire pit for evening camp fires!
The retreat house hosts hundreds and and hundreds of family reunions, church retreats, scrapbooking groups, youth groups, corporate meetings, holiday gatherings, etc.
Even after 105 years, and it's fair share of sloping floors and creaking floorboards, the house is a testament to good times. We've spent countless hours redecorating, repainting and remodeling the entire house to turn it into a landmark in the Holland area.
The house has an expansive deck overlooking the lake with benches and planters and magnificent views of the lake. In the fall of 2008 we purchased a brand new stainless steel Weber gas grill for the grilling aficionado in every group! This grill is only for use by the retreat house guests.
The retreat house generally books 12 months in advance for the summer months.
