There is one full bath on the 2nd floor and one half bath on the main floor.
There is a very large living room with a wood burning fireplace. The living room has a 42″ HD flat screen with DVD and a stereo receiver.
The house has a gas grill, patio furniture, fire pit and an attached garage. Situated on just under an acre, there is plenty of room to run with the kids and still enjoy lots of privacy. The home is in an incredible neighborhood; many consider it to be the premier neighborhood in the city. The road is very low traffic and there are bike paths for roller blading, biking and walking.
The great thing about this house is it’s location. Just two miles from downtown Holland and four miles from the Holland State Park, this house is ideally located for great times with friends and family.
Central A/C is provided.
The unit comes equipped with an initial supply of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. Guests need to provide their own laundry detergent. Large personal bath towels are NOT provided, but can be provided for a one-time fee of $35.00. Daily maid service is NOT included.
Recommended occupancy: 4-8 adults or 4-6 adults with 2-4 children.

All guests (except wedding reservations) can obtain a full refund** of their reservation deposit, if the reservation is canceled 90 days or more before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within the 90 day window will result in a full refund ONLY if the property is rebooked. **All reservation deposits made with a credit card are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee if refunded due to a cancellation, regardless of when the reservation is canceled. |
