The Waikato house has three bedrooms on the second floor. One bedroom has a twin and a queen, another bedroom has a queen and a bunk bed with a twin on the top and a double on the bottom, and another bedroom has a queen.
There is one full bath on the 2nd floor and one half bath on the main floor.
There is a very large living room with a wood burning fireplace. The living room has a 42" HD flat screen with DVD and a stereo receiver.
The house has a gas grill, patio furniture, fire pit and an attached garage. Situated on just under an acre, there is plenty of room to run with the kids and still enjoy lots of privacy. The home is in an incredible neighborhood; many consider it to be the premier neighborhood in the city. The road is very low traffic and there are bike paths for roller blading, biking and walking.
The great thing about this house is it's location. Just two miles from downtown Holland and four miles from the Holland State Park, this house is ideally located for great times with friends and family.
Central A/C is provided.
The unit comes equipped with an initial supply of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. Guests need to provide their own laundry detergent. Large personal bath towels are NOT provided, but can be provided for a one-time fee of $35.00. Daily maid service is NOT included.
Recommended occupancy: 4-8 adults or 4-6 adults with 2-4 children.

We have a strict 90 day cancellation policy. All guests (except wedding reservations) can obtain a full refund** of their reservation deposit, if the reservation is canceled 90 days or more before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within the 90 day window will result in a full refund ONLY if the property is rebooked. **All reservation deposits made with a credit card are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee if refunded due to a cancellation, regardless of when the reservation is canceled. **All wedding reservations will be charged a $250.00 cancellation fee (in addition to any other applicable fees) regardless of when the reservation is canceled. ** Weddings require a 120 day advance notice for all cancellations
All rentals are required to provide proof of auto insurance and be capable of pulling the weight of the camper which is approx 1100 for the 10 foot camper and 2200 lbs for the 12 foot campers. Security/Damage deposit of $200.00 for all campers at the time you make your reservation. Please remember that you must be a minimum of 25 years old to rent any of our campers. Also we do not allow any of our campers to travel to Mexico. Sorry we no longer allow you to use any of our campers on the infield at any of the racetracks. *All campers must be returned clean and in the same condition as you received it, otherwise there will be a cleaning fee imposed of $50.00. *Please note that we no longer deliver any of our campers to any campsite or campground. You must come to our location to pick up your camper.
