The Waikato house has three bedrooms on the second floor. Master bedroom has a queen and a twin, another bedroom has a queen and a bunk bed with a twin on the top and a double on the bottom, and a third bedroom has a double bed.
There is one full bath on the 2nd floor and one half bath on the main floor.
There is a very large living room with a 36" Sony television with DVD.
All Waikato House guests have full use of the beach and docks at the resort. The house has a gas grill, patio furniture, and fire pit. The home is in an incredible neighborhood; many consider it to be the premier neighborhood in the city. The road is very low traffic and there are bike paths for roller blading, biking and walking.
Central A/C. Firewood is typically provided with the units. It will either be stacked near the fire pit or you will find it stacked in various locations throughout the property. Help yourselves!
The units come equipped with an initial supply of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. Guests need to provide their own laundry detergent. Large personal bath towels are NOT provided, but can be provided for a one-time fee of $35.00. Daily maid service is NOT included.
Recommended occupancy: 8 adults or 4-6 adults with 2-4 children.
